FSI Shortlisted for PFM Awards 2016 with Client Michael Kors

FSI is delighted to announce that we are finalists in the PFM Awards 2016, Partners in Retail category, with client Michael Kors.
The category recognises the growing role of service providers working in partnership with retailers for a varied range of support services in shopping centres, retail parks, the high street, transport hubs and airports, and in logistics and warehouse facilities.
Six short years after first establishing a European retail presence, rapid growth and soaring sales have created a major opportunity for luxury brand Michael Kors to turn its facilities and asset management strategy into a driver for efficiency and optimised real estate space throughout the business.
In 2015, the company realised the time had come to move from the email-based distribution of FM tasks to a consolidated, CAFM approach which would bring significantly improved visibility and value to the entire business.
Its investment in FSI's Concept Evolution platform paid immediate dividends: streamlined task distribution; real-time visibility of task status; a more empowered workforce in the retail stores; and an accurate, and increasingly sophisticated, picture of the company's use of assets and prime space at their key locations and numerous outlets across Europe.
The project helped to forge a strong partnership between Michael Kors and FSI, combining our CAFM specialist knowledge and experience of the retail sector with their need to provide responsive, flexible and interactive services to the system's end-users in the dynamic, fast-growing luxury sector.
Since the start of the project's implementation, Concept has revealed and helped the business to address weaknesses in its FM service delivery and slash response times. The system has changed the nature of the operation's ‘conversation' with its stores, and the business's understanding of the best-use of its assets and spaces. It will continue to develop with the company, enabling flexibility and innovation at each new stage of the business's growth.
Good luck to FSI and Michael Kors for the awards ceremony in London on 2nd November.
