I want to make changes to a workflow but I am being asked for a response code?

What time is the support desk open?

The FSI Support desk is open between 8:30am and 5:00pm (AEST), Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays). If you would like out of hours support, please contact your Business Development Manager for a quote.

When I login I am being prompted for a Workstation ID?

Please contact the FSI Support team on (+61) 1300 956 045, quoting your workstation ID.

I am not receiving any jobs to my FSI GO device?

Do you have a network signal? WiFi or 4G?

If YES then call the FSI Support Desk on (+61) 1300 956 045.

If NO then it could be that you are out of a network area and this will update your device when you reconnect. If this still does not happen then please contact the FSI Support desk on (+61) 1300 956 045.

My user account is locked out?

Please contact your Concept Systems Administrator in the first instance and they will be able to unlock this for you. Otherwise, please call the FSI Support desk on (+61) 1300 956 045.

My FSI GO device states I am currently locked on another device?

I am a new Concept Evolution user. When I open my task grid I am unable to see any tasks?

You are missing an assigned contract(s) to your account. Please contact your Concept Systems Administrator for help. Otherwise, please call the FSI Support desk on (+61) 1300 956 045.

I want to add/remove columns in my grid?

I want to export my grid to excel. How can I do this?

I have tried to export my grid but cannot see the icon as described in the help files?

I have created a group of users and I want them all to have the same grid views. How can I do this in bulk?

I am trying to assign a resource to a task, but the resource is not appearing in the list?

The reason for this is either (or both):

*The resource does not work for the supplier of the contract assigned to the contract of the Task.

*The resource is OFF-DUTY

What operating systems are compatible with FSI GO?

FSI GO is compatible on iOS and Android. Please contact your Business Development Manager direct or by email to info@fsifm.com.au. for details of minimum specification requirements.

What connectivity do I need for FSI GO?

You will need at least a 4G or WiFi connection. The application does also work offline, and any work undertaken when off a network will be stored and then updated when the network access/connection has resumed.

Do you supply a list of recommended devices?
