Adrian Jarvis, director of FSI Middle East sheds light on the additions made to its comprehensive portfolio of CAFM systems.

What is your new launch for this year?

FSI continues to continuously enhance its technology offering and has brought a number of new products including apps and CAFM features during the last 12 months. In terms of apps, we have introduced new Asset Manager and Cleaning apps for FSI GO workforce mobility and for Concept Advantage we have added to the suite of customer orientated apps Classifieds, Our Events and Our Info. In the near future, apps are to be added to Concept Advantage along with other applications. Finally, FSI launched a standalone application on the Dreamscape platform called the GDPR Toolkit, which helps client Data Protection Officers set up data retention policies, manage users GDPR requests, extract dates and anonymise data.

Can you share more about this new product?

We are currently showcasing in the market the latest Concept Evolution CAFM, FSI GO Workforce Mobility and Concept Advantage releases and enhancements, all of which will be available for review on our stand during FM Expo 2018 and through our user group forum.

Why is this product so important for the FM industry, and why should they buy this product from you?

FSI has been a major influence on workplace technology and services for the built environment for many years, delivering a truly versatile set of business tools. With a direct presence in the region, FSI Middle East has become the CAFM provider of choice for many organisations. Regional presence and a global footprint helps ensure that FSI supports the people and places that support you.

Any other interesting facts about the company?

FSI has been providing integration with BMS systems since its foundation nearly 30 years ago. The transfer of key information from the BMS allows Concept Evolution to generate run-time maintenance and alarm based reactive tasks. The principals are the same for IoT sensors: sense, communicate, analyse and act. FSI has been a Microsoft Gold partner since 2006, the first CAFM company to achieve this status, which was awarded in recognition of our knowledge, skills and commitment to implementing technology solutions to match the Facilities Management business needs.
