Concept User Group: Discover, Collaborate, Innovate
14/09/20 | Rebecca Drewett
We may not be able to meet in person for the time being. But we all know that FM doesn’t stop for anything. So, join FSI for the first virtual Concept User Group on 1st October 2020 at 11:00 BST.
We will show you how the FSI product range can guide you through the new face of FM. As well as how our solutions can help you with FM of the future.
Contactless Contractor: use your own handheld device at site, for retrieving tasks to action; attend site, log in to the device, and the relevant tasks for that site are sent to the device for action.
Permits: a comprehensive permit to work system which highlights the importance of adherence to correct PPE and hazard awareness.
Real-time verification: proof that the work has been successfully completed, thereby minimising additional unnecessary exposure and contact to all concerned parties at site.
Audits and surveys: an account of work that has taken place at site, to ensure adherence to health and safety policies etc.
Risk assessments: to identify any potential areas of concern and put in place the necessary measures to eradicate these.
Maximising time: of those contractors at site, working towards a first-time fix strategy, thereby minimising the times they must return to site.
Cleaning Now: cleaners can have tasks sent to their device along with a safe route around the premises, to give them a specific route around the site and to therefore minimise their contact with other operatives.
Scheduling assistant: staff can see availability at a glance for booking a time slot for using the coffee machine, photocopier or printer; this then minimises their contact with others.
All actions are fed back into the Concept Evolution CAFM/IWMS solution for that premises.
It’s all about the current and ongoing duty to keep your customers and workforce safe whilst also delivering an efficient service.
We will also discuss the mobilisation of Project Nightingale, using the Concept Evolution solutions across the major field hospitals, which has been shortlisted for an IWFM award.
Tell us what your business of the future needs from our products. Send in any questions and discussion points in advance.
Questions can be asked throughout the session too. There will also be a panel Q&A at the end.
Let’s get trending on the day by using #FSICUG and #FSICUG2020 and we’ll see you all there!
