Paul Bullard, Business Strategy Director, FSI

A subject matter expert on Facilities Management and CAFM with a truly global view. Paul Bullard has over 22 years of experience working in the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) industry and has held various positions within software development, project management and operational delivery. He has been personally responsible for some of the world's largest and most prestigious Facilities Management Software implementations. For the past 14 years, he has been in an Operational leadership position at FSI, the leading supplier of CAFM/IWMS software. His current focus is specifically around FSI's product strategy ensuring the most effective use of technology for Facilities Management. His current areas of interest include the Digital Workplace, Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things. Paul has written numerous articles on technology in Facilities Management for magazines and is long standing member of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), the Institute of Directors (IoD) and holds the Associate qualification with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).


Lisa Shapero, Solutions & Standards Manager, Dexterra

Emerging top innovator and leader in the Canadian Facilities Management sector, Lisa Shapero is an experienced project delivery leader with a demonstrated history of working in the Facility Services industry. She has extensive understanding of contract development and administration specifically in the PPP/P3 environment. Her knowledge of effective maintenance strategies and life cycle modeling progresses facilities to be more sustainable and efficient. She is skilled in process improvement, contract procurement, and inventory management. Her background consists of a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree focused in Civil Engineering from Queen's University.

Craig Francis, Facility General Manager, The Toronto Forensic Services and Coroner's Complex, Dexterra

Craig is a trained Electrical Engineer with over twelve years in the P3 industry. Craig has been involved at different stages of various P3 projects in Jamaica, Bermuda and more recently, Canada. He is currently the Facility General Manager for the Forensics Services and Coroners Complex (FSCC), a P3 modeled DBFM Project with 39 Operations Schedules. Prior to this Project, Craig was the Compliance Manager on the Operational phase of the Bermuda Hospital P3 Project with responsibility for Technical and Commercial compliance. Craig is a trained Energy Manager and Measurement and Verification Professional, and a Certified Project Manager, Facility Management Professional (FMP) and Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP).

Sal Causi, Business Development Executive, Infrastructure Services, IBM

As an IBM Services Business Development Executive for Public Sector, Sal Causi is responsible for building business opportunities and relationships with Public Sector in Canada and strategic solutions such as Cloud, Security, Resiliency, Systems, Networking, Resiliency, Technical Support and Digital Workplaces. Sal also has worked on, globally, on Digital Hospital solutions and P3 builds. Under Sal's direction, IBM has worked with Life Science businesses and Healthcare Clients to develop technological solutions and services to address their requirements for Business Consulting, computing requirements, Chem-informatics, Bioinformatics, Clinical Genomics, Health IT infrastructure and Healthcare Consulting and services, regulatory, compliance systems, security and services, data integration and product management. Now the focus for 2019 is the transformation for all of Public Sector to Digital Transformation and Modernization. Prior to this role from December of 2005 to beyond, Mr. Causi was the Business Development Executive for Life Sciences in Canada. Prior to his role in Life Sciences, Mr. Causi was the marketing executive for Storage Systems Division for North and South America. He joined IBM in 1985 as a Systems Engineer and over his career has held a number of positions including: Sales Executive for Storage Systems Division; IT Architect; Product Manager and Senior Systems Engineer, Business Development Executive. Mr. Causi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical/Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and is a certified Professional Engineer. Certified in Health Informatics, as well.
